I have been in Satun for some years now, but I did not know that Lung Lee Garden (Uncle Lee Garden) in the main town of Satun served our favorite Kanum Jin (Thai white noodle).
Wherever you are in Thailand, Khanum Jin is usually eaten with fresh herbs and vegetables, such as guto kola, string beans, bitter melon, morning glory, peppers, parsley, pickled cabbage, raw sprouts, raw papaya, and banana heart.
And about its sauce, when eaten, it should be mixed with sauces such a curry with coconut milk, fish or fish organs sour soup, chili soup, and spicy pork gravy.

Lunchtime of Saturday, I had our first Kanum Jin at Lung Lee Garden. Since I am into woods adventure, and I like the emotion being in the jungle, so this place was indeed restful.
With my family, we did not only enjoy our delicious meal, we could also relax and feel the exhale of nature. The freshness of the air from plants gave us a cooling emotion from the scorching weather outside.
Old wooden cottages, ligneous furniture, and the display of vintage materials, tools, utensils, and appliances gave us the feeling of the lifestyle and fashion in the 60s.
While eating, I was reflecting on how each culture prepares food. It is always unique. It tells me the creativity of our Father. He created things according to its kind, so as mankind also do the same thing reflecting diversity.
Thanks to Nittie who leads us here.
If you happened to visit Thailand, especially in Satun province, Kanum Jin is a local food that you should not miss.
