I'm grateful and humbled to be living in this country
surrounded by wonderful people. I often reflect on how far I've come and
acknowledge that it's through divine grace that I've overcome previous
challenges. As I strive to progress in life, I know there will be more hurdles
to overcome.
In the words of one of the Apostles, "Not that I have
already obtained this or have already reached the goal; but I press on to make
it my own... forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies
ahead. I press on towards the goal of the Heavenly call..." (Philippians
4:12-14).
I've come to realize that we cannot determine someone's
destiny definitively. Only our Heavenly Father is capable of such feats! It is
undeniable that He plans a future for His children. Consider the story of
Joseph, whose faith allowed him to see his future while his brothers and
parents could not. Despite their envy and attempts to harm him, our Almighty
Father's good plans prevailed, as they always do.
As I celebrate another year of my life, I've come to
understand that having meaningful relationships is more important than material
wealth and personal achievements. While society often measures a person's worth
based on their possessions and accomplishments, I prioritize the connections I
have with others.
I constantly evaluate my relationships with those around me,
including my family, friends, those who have generously supported me, and most
importantly, the Source of my life.
It's crucial to remind myself that our value lies not in
what we possess or how much we give or do, but in our authenticity and
sincerity towards ourselves and others. Our Heavenly Father values the hidden
depths of our hearts more than outward appearances.
I express my gratitude to my parents for bringing me into
this world. I am thankful to everyone who has supported us from the beginning
until now, especially my family, relatives, and friends. All glory and praise
belong to our Almighty Father.
