I have been in Satun for some years now, but I did not know that Lung Lee Garden (Uncle Lee Garden) in the main town of Satun served our favorite Kanum Jin (Thai white noodle).
Wherever you are in Thailand, Khanum Jin is usually eaten with fresh herbs and vegetables, such as guto kola, string beans, bitter melon, morning glory, peppers, parsley, pickled cabbage, raw sprouts, raw papaya, and banana heart.
